ORDER PROCESS

To buy a painting online please use the order form. After submitting the order form, you will receive an order confirmation and a corresponding invoice by email. Please note that it can take 1-2 days from submission of the order to the order confirmation.

I ask for your understanding that paintings will only be sent against prepayment (after receipt of the invoiced amount on the bank account specified on the invoice).

1. Applicable shipping costs for shipments within Germany are listed in the price list.
2. For shipments abroad please inquire applicable shipping costs via the contact form.
3. When purchasing multiple paintings, the applicable shipping costs may be lower than the sum of the shipping costs for each individual painting. You are welcome to inquire about the shipping costs in advance using the contact form.

You have the right to cancel the online purchase of a painting within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the painting.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, all you have to do is to inform me (Efi Fried, Adlerstraße 5, 70825 Korntal-Münchingen, efi.fried@online.de) of your decision to cancel the purchase by means of a clear statement. For this purpose please send an email to efi.fried@online.de.

You can use the sample withdrawal form attached to the invoice for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from the online purchase of a painting, you will be entitled to all payments that I have received from you under this purchase agreement, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment I use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You have to send back or hand over the goods to

immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed me of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the costs of returning the goods.
